Rory Flies to Vegas to Work with Popular Swing Coach just before Masters

No one wants a Green Jacket more than Rory – and it looks as if he’s willing to do whatever it takes. With world-renowned putting legend Brad Faxon as his Putting Coach, Rory has seeked some new help to adjust his swing before the Masters.

Recently, legendary swing coach Butch Harmon – who has been responsible for LOTS of Tiger wins — recently caught Netflix fame on the second season of Full Swing.  In the show he was seen working and helping Rickie Fowler return to the winner’s circle.

Earlier this week, reports started coming fast and furious that Rory—who has since confirmed the rumors are true—decided it was time to do something different and see Harmon before the Masters, which is now less than 1-week away as of publishing.

That said, this isn’t too shocking. Rory and Butch have, in fact, worked together several times in the past (and Rory has never shied from admitting this). But given that Rory is getting a last second tune-up, it is clear that the 34-year old Irishman is looking to do everything in his power to give him the best chance at 2024’s first Major. So now all we have to do is watch and see if whatever swing tweaks that are being implemented help Rory combat the rolling hills of Augusta.
