STYLE: adidas Golf Scripting for DJ, Xander and Defending Champ Morikawa

So to make sure that World No. 1 Dustin Johnson, Xander Schauffele (No. 4), and defending champion Collin Morikawa (No. 6) all look like they’re ready to hoist the Wanamaker Trophy right from their first round, adidas Golf has put together scripting that highlight adidas’ athletic performance and casual appearance:

DJ will be bringing a mixture of athletic and casual silhouettes to Kiawah as he seeks his first PGA Championship victory. He will mix-in adidas’ Go-To 5 Pocket Pant that’s made with recycled materials, alongside the WARPKNIT Cargo pant to provide a casual, yet sleek look.

DJ will pair the 5-pocket pants on Sunday with the Go-To Pique Polo (also made with recycled materials) in his favorite navy colorway. But the hidden gem for his scripting: Thursday’s PRIMEKNIT Polo in mint green.

The defending champ will bring some pops of color to Kiawah, showcasing the variety of adidas’ line. Unique prints will be a theme for Morikawa over the course of the week, starting with the Ultimate365 Printed Polo on Thursday.

He’ll follow with the subtle Camo Polo on Friday and will close his final round with a statement in the Vibes Print Polo Shirt (pictured above) that features palm fronds throughout to provide a playful look
