As we’ve seen over the last few days, speculation on Tiger playing the 2022 Masters keeps growing.

We first heard that he and his caddy Joey were seen playing multiple rounds at his home club.

Apparently, those early tests went well because there is more breaking Tiger news.  A plane registered to Tiger has left Florida for Augusta.

Now we are starting to hear reports that he has landed and will be on a full reconnaissance mission today.

If you are not aware, the terrain at Augusta National is very hilly. A flat walk for a man whose leg was nearly broken off his body is hard enough. The up and downhill changes are something completely different. The plan is to test out his body in person on the grounds of Augusta.

If it goes well, Tiger is a lock for the Masters! Never forget this is the same guy who won a major on a broken leg. If his body handles this well today and possibly tomorrow, expect an official announcement by the end of the week.

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
