Tony Finau Announces Decision on LIV Golf
Tony Finau has announced his decision regarding potentially leaving LIV Golf and clarified any rumors with one simple hashtag: #imnotleaving.
Finau has been at the forefront of rumors regarding a potential defect to LIV Golf following Jon Rahm’s departure, which was made official last week. Finau and Rahm are close friends and it seemed with the Spaniard getting his own team on LIV, he would attempt to recruit players from the PGA Tour.
Finau was unwilling to speak on the rumors this past weekend, stating that he had nothing to say regarding speculation that he would leave the PGA Tour and go to LIV.
Fans of Finau will no longer have to worry, as he will be staying on the Tour, he confirmed in an Instagram post:

Finau staying put is a big win for the Tour, as he was set to be just the latest name in a group of players that were rumored to be on their way out. Coming from a rough Utah neighborhood where his family struggled, Finau has tasted success for the vast majority of his career, winning over $37 million during his career on the PGA Tour.
Speculation regarding Tyrell Hatton continues, however, as he has yet to comment on any sort of rumors regarding his potential to leave.
