Viktor Hovland’s Lost Clubs Finally Arrive…Broken
Viktor Hovland is no stranger to his equipment breaking prior to a tournament.
Just a few months ago Danny Lee accidentally snapped Hovland’s driver in a training drill at Mayakoba, but this time it was Delta’s fault.

Now before you get worried that Hovland will not have a driver this week at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, this is in fact his back-up driver that you can see snapped above.
He still has his gamer that came from James Hahn at Mayakoba.

Over the holiday break Hovland returned home to Norway and a little over a week ago him and his mother departed to Maui. The only issue is his clubs arrived 6 days after he did in Maui.
Although his clubs didn’t arrive on time for his practice rounds Hovland was still able to play a little golf by using his caddie Shay Knight’s clubs.
Hovland’s equipment sponsor Ping tried to solve the issue by sending him a replacement set of clubs which were supposed to get there Tuesday but due to a rain storm, they got stuck in Honolulu.

The 7th ranked player in the world is no stranger to winner, having won both of his last two starts in Mayakoba and the Bahamas so watch out for Hovland at the top of the leaderboard this week in Maui.
