Watch: Charlie Woods Latest Swing Video Has the Internet Buzzing
Charlie Woods, at age 7, began his young tournament career by playing in 2016, placing 2nd place at a U.S. Kids tournament shooting 55. He is now playing in other tournaments regularly, like the Notah Begay III tournament qualifier shooting his career low of 68 at the end of September.
Just take a look at how fundamentally sound Charlie’s swing is.

Charlie Woods has also competed in the South Florida PGA Juniors since 2021. Recently, he joined the 13-18 year old bracket this year, turning 13 years old at the beginning of February. Charlie is holding his own playing against the older players while also playing longer golf courses, such as PGA National, that nearly played 6700 yards. Woods went out and posted rounds of 78 and 77 to finish in 28th place.
The last tournament prior to this must have motivated Charlie to post his career low of 68 at the end of September with his Dad on the bag. Nonetheless, there is something special about seeing Tiger on the bag for his son. While Charlie and Tiger have been all over social media, Charlie just finished 11th, at 1-under par across three rounds in Louisiana. This marks a solid tournament for the 13-year-old to keep growing confidence each time he tees it up.
