Good Good is one of the biggest amateur golfing sensations in recent years, amassing tens of thousands of fans and hundreds of thousands of views along the way. Their massive following, in fact, helped facilitate a partnership with Callaway Golf that was announced earlier this year.

And as great as the Good Good golfers are, I think people forget they’re still amateur—not professional—golfers who still make amateur mistakes when the cameras are off…

During the kickoff for the Good Good Championship in Arizona, Garrett Clark—a once aspiring college golfer who, instead, pivoted to making golf content—accidentally turned a driver over, causing the ball to turn into a heat-seeking missile that quickly found one of the nearby fans.

Garrett has PGA TOUR-level power: driver club head speed above 120 MPH, ball speeds touching 180, and total distance beyond 310 yards. And despite all his talent, the errant shot is a reminder that even YouTube’s best golfers feel the pressure when the fans come out.

But this shouldn’t be too surprising as not even PGA TOUR pros are immune from this kind of pressure:

Let’s just hope that the injured bystander is okay and the rest of the Good Good Championshipwhich has a $100,000 purse on the line—goes off without any further hitches.

UPDATE:  Video from the targets view make this 1000x scarier
