Viktor Hovland is in fine form and has exceeded expectations once again during today’s Ryder Cup practice round.

It’s been cool to follow the superstars as they get to know the course at Marco Simone, we’ve seen the range sessions, team morale increases, and a few highlights on the course – as well as getting an inkling into the foursomes and four balls pairings for the rest of the week.

Hovland has likely been paired alongside Swedish youngster Ludvig Aberg for the week. He’ll be delighted to see the following shot from Hovi, which was a hole-in-one on a PAR FOUR.

Disclaimer – the ball was allegedly his second attempt at the tee shot, so it’s either his most memorable birdie to date or his most disappointing.

Check out the swing here and the following celebration.
