What to Expect from Netflix’s Full Swing: Season 3
The first two seasons of the Netflix docudrama “Full Swing” captured plenty of on- and off-the-course excitement, especially as players dealt with the story of LIV Golf emerging in real-time. Season two concluded with an inside look at the Ryder Cup.
Netflix announced this week that season three will officially be released in 2025. While there’s not as much LIV drama this time around, plenty of fascinating scenes were captured by the cameras.

Dan Rapaport, formerly of Barstool, has been featured on the series and will be again this year. Among the topics he shared that will be in the spotlight for the season 3 include:
- Scottie Scheffler’s Masters and Olympics wins
- Scheffler’s arrest the morning of the second round of the PGA Championship
- Rory McIlroy’s heartbreak while watching Bryson DeChambeau’s U.S. Open comeback
- Redemption for Keegan Bradley
“Full Swing” debuted to a great response, garnering over 53 million views within the first few months of the first season dropping in 2023.
This year, Rapaport said cameras were behind the scenes as McIlroy watched DeChambeau walk away with the U.S. Open, denying McIlroy his first major win since 2014, and then leaving the course in a dejected state without fulfilling media obligations or personally congratulating DeChambeau.
In season two, Bradley being left off the Ryder Cup team was a featured story. This time around, we’ll see his reaction to being named captain for the 2025 team.
Aside from saying that will drop in 2025, a specific date was not mentioned. However, the first two seasons saw releases in the first quarter – Feb. 15, 2023, and March 6, 2024, respectively.
