You Can Buy Justin Thomas’s Starter Home for a Cool $3.6M
Ever wanted to know what it is like to live like a PGA Tour Superstar? Now you can.
Justin Thomas recently listed his $3.6 million starter home, located at 5745 Pennock Point Road in Jupiter, Florida, as he has upgraded to a massive and brand-new $14 million mansion just twelve minutes away. We’ll get to the new pad later on.
The two-time PGA Championship winner is upgrading from not-so-humble living conditions that he bought for $1.485 million in 2016, according to property records.

The listing describes Thomas’s former property:
“Welcome to 5745 Pennock Point Road, located on Jupiter’s highly sought after neighborhood of Pennock Point. Sitting on .86 acres, this gated expansive home is an entertainer’s dream for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. With a beautifully designed split floor plan, the primary suite includes 2 walk-in closets along with 2 separate vanities in the bathroom. All en suite guest bedrooms, and roughly an 1, 100sf addition above the garage that was completed in 2018. NEW ROOF was put on in 2022 along with new kitchen countertops. Outdoor space includes both a living and dining area along with a summer kitchen. This home also has water ramp access to launch jetskis, kayak, or whatever you please. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to put your own touches on this Pennock Point home.”
Simply put, the home is incredible, but Thomas is moving to something bigger and better and will be situated just a few miles away at 19311 Riverside Drive, a spec-house that was developed by a West Palm Beach plastic surgeon and their wife.
Thomas bought the new house for $13.45 million late last year, records show. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread over 7,500 square feet. If it makes you feel any worse, the estimated monthly mortgage payment would be around $82,000 a month, which is what many of us make in an entire year.
It features modern architecture, a relatively open layout, and a beautiful view of the North Fork Loxahatchee River. If he doesn’t want to dive in there for a dip, Thomas can choose his pool or attached hot tub to unwind after a day at the Bears Club, which is just 20 minutes away and is home to many household names.
Jupiter is a hotspot for professional golfers and is home to names like Tiger Woods, Brooks Koepka, Rory McIlroy, and Phil Mickelson, among many others.
