Bubba Watson Weighs in on Bryson DeChambeau Distance Revolution

This week we have Bubba Watson on The Golf Podcast.  One of the topics we discussed was this new distance revolution and gauge his thoughts on the topic.

Bubba went on to say “I think it’s great. As a fan of golf, as a fan of sports.”   The two-time Masters winner went on to say, “we want to see touchdowns, interceptions, boxers get knocked out…so why not let a golfer make birdies?”

Bubba summed it well by making a point that these long balls are fun to watch, but it doesn’t necessarily give one golfer an advantage. He goes on to say, “let a guy hit it 400 yards. He still has to chip and putt.”
