Tiger Woods Shows Limp But He Says “Humpty Dumpty Is Glued And Hopefully Good Enough”

Tiger Woods successfully completed his final practice round this morning ahead of his 10:34 a.m. tee time tomorrow.

All would seem well, but according to Golf Channel Golf Today host Damon Hack, “Tiger was showing a noticeable limp, especially having to walk downhill on the 10th and 15th holes. Those particular downhill slopes seem to challenge his ability to walk, but he had a smile on his face for most of his morning.”

Hearing that he is limping is not what Tiger fans want to hear. We want to see him back to normal like he was back at Augusta in 2019, but to hear that he is still in good spirits and hitting great golf shots is a huge positive.

Augusta National is very hilly. It’s not an easy walking course, so him just showing a little limping on two holes is a good sign.

Tiger told Golf Channel:

“I have had great surgeons that have put the body back together. Humpty Dumpty is glued and hopefully good enough.”

Tiger is sending mixed messages now between initially telling the media he believes he can win the tournament and now saying he is “good enough.” We’ll find out soon, with tournament play beginning tomorrow morning for Tiger.

It’s time for Tiger to show us what he’s got!
