One Anthony Kim has allegedly been listed as an entity that was set to join the new LIV Tour. Sports Illustrated has explained the legal proceedings that occurred during October, where it was ruled that the PGA Tour must disclose a full list of players, sponsors, and influencers where LIV Golf was discussed.
Despite players like Rory and Tiger being de facto ambassadors for the PGA Tour, the PGA Tour has found a workaround, explaining that they are not necessarily ‘authorized’ to speak on behalf of the PGA Tour. For example, they may have been instructed to dissuade others from joining LIV.
LIV Golf sent a list of 71 players to the PGA Tour, requesting documentation of any communications between Tour and those players re: LIV.

The PGA Tour listed 179 different entities within golf where LIV Golf or the Premier Golf League was discussed, including networks such as: ‘Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Fox, Warner, and HBO.’
The Tour also talked to 71 players—including Anthony Kim and Ryo Ishikawa. Both were initially breakout stars on the PGA Tour but haven’t been seen for some time. Our last memory of Kim is probably the dispatching of Sergio Garcia on Sunday at the 2008 Ryder Cup or one of his three PGA Tour wins.
The details are not yet clear as to what was said to Anthony Kim and whether he would be able to resume playing. The mind wanders with the figures he may have been able to leverage upon a return to the professional game, such is the hype around any glimpse of an AK sighting.
