Augusta National Damage from Hurricane Helene is Extensive: Satellite Images
Augusta National Golf Club has extensive damage from Hurricane Helene, new satellite imagery shows.
The Masters is set to take place in April, and Chairman Fred Ridley said the tournament, which is the first Major Championship of the year, will take place on time.
However, the club will have extensive work to do to get things in order ahead of the tournament:

Augusta was hit heavily across the entire city, displacing thousands of people from their homes and even taking some lives, unfortunately.
Even the “club next door” to Augusta National, Augusta Country Club, is in despair after the storm:

This could be a very emotional Masters in 2025 with how much adversity the club and the city have been faced with.
