Guess Which State has Made Tiger the Most Money

Our friends over at NoobNorm.com love breaking down PGA TOUR earnings stats, and a few months ago they tediously calculated what the top PGA TOUR pros earn per shot. The numbers, ranging from $538 to $1,104 PER SHOT, are mind-blowing.

Well David and the team at NoobNorm are back at it again, this time crunching the numbers to find out exactly what Tiger Woods has made in each State.

Clearly California and Florida have been quite good to Tiger, with their lucrative “West Coast” and Florida PGA TOUR swings. But Georgia has also netted Tiger $13.4 million, thanks in large part to his four Masters victories.

With 79 (and counting?) PGA TOUR wins it’s no surprise that Woods has earned over $1 million in 16 States, and as NoobNorm.com points out, Tiger has won money playing in exactly half of the United States (25 States in all).

Looks like Tiger’s accountant has his work cut out for him, filing State income tax returns for half the country.
