The Northern Trust Open to Offer First Tee Kids Experience
Paramus, NJ – Tournament officials recently announced that the The First Tee, the youth sports organization whose mission is to grow the game of golf by transforming the experience that kids (and families) have with the sport, will present The First Tee Experience at THE NORTHERN TRUST 2018. In a nutshell, this is a unique experience for young fans that they can experience during the live tournament.
The experience will be the full week of the Northern Trust Open, and will include an interactive destination to kids of all ages right at The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, NJ. The First Tee Experience and the tournament are free to kids under 18 years of age who are accompanied by an adult with a grounds ticket and there are no limits to the number of youth fans admitted with that ticketed adult.
In addition to this news, ticket packages for families looking to attend this premier event are now available. The Family Plan includes two Good-Any-One-Day adult grounds tickets, unlimited youth admission at the gate and two $10 concession vouchers for $150. Regarding the First Tee Experience, this signature, on-the-ground, immersive event where kids (and families) can get up close and personal with The First Tee brand as well as some interactive fun. The Experience will be held in a 3,500-square-foot, air-conditioned tent with golf-themed games, golf-inspired social media activities and scaled versions of The First Tee’s signature programs currently offered throughout the United States and around the world.
The First Tee Experience, located along the 17th fairway adjacent to the Garden State Marketplace, will be open Tuesday – Wednesday from 10am–4pm and Thursday–Sunday from 10am–7pm.
