Marshawn Lynch Might Have the Worst Golf Swing Ever

We’ve all seen athletes in other sports try to pick up golf, some with much success and some looking like fools. Marshawn Lynch seems to fall into the latter category.

Lynch was playing in a charity golf tournament hosted by Golden State Warriors player Klay Thompson and took a massive cut for the ages. We’re lucky that Thompson was there to film the shot because it rivals the swing that Charles Barkley is famous for.

Needless to say, I’m not too sure Beast Mode had his best day at the course.

Since it was a charity event, no one was there to question Lynch about his unconventional golf swing. Even if someone were to ask, I’m not sure they would have even got an answer.

Lynch is famous for his media appearances during the NFL season, most specifically the Super Bowl, where he answered every question with “I’m just here so I don’t get fined.”

The one thing I wish a video would have shown during his golf outing was how he was driving his cart. Back in his college days, Marshawn took a cart for a joy ride after pulling off a big victory, driving it around the field. I’m just curious if he’s just as reckless of a driver on the actual course as he is on a football field.

In Marshawn’s defense, it did look like there was a lot of wind and maybe some rain when he was teeing off. Perhaps that’s why he looked so bad on his swing but regardless, I don’t think Beast Mode will be quitting his day job anytime soon.
