Massachusetts Golfer Gets His Finger Bitten Off in Altercation

This past weekend at Southers Marsh Golf Club just outside of Plymouth, Massachusetts, a few golfers got into it for unknown reasons. But the scuffle quickly escalated to a whole other level when one man had his finger bitten off by another. Police responded to the scene to find the victim huddled between golf carts holding the finger that was bitten.

Apparently, the finger was bitten pretty deep, as it was gone all the way to his knuckle. The report came in pretty quickly about the finger too, as the 911 update said: “Be advised — an update from the PD. Apparently, there are two foursomes that got into an altercation and there’s been a finger that’s been bitten off. … The victim’s laying down on the main entrance road in between three golf carts.”

There’s no indication that alcohol was involved with the incident but it wouldn’t be surprising to learn that some of these guys were liquored up.
