Thats what this video aims to do for your game with 3 simple golf fitness movements designed to help you achieve a more efficient and powerful swing.

A lack of rotation, the club standing up, the upper body leading and lack of release or club face closure are all factors when it comes to slicing the ball way off line. Technically you can do things to change your swing to help, but the ability to create the positions that you want is at least equally as important!
