Andrew, who’s one of Golf Digest’s Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainers, sat down with us to discuss how his assessment dictates the way he coaches and programs for his golfers. By using concerts from the PRI, FRC, and DNS systems, Andrew is able to develop effective programs and recovery methods for his golfers to compete at their highest level.
