BREAKING: A PGA TOUR Player Has Tested Positive for COVID-19

Breaking news from the RBC Heritage:

Nick Watney has withdrawn from the RBC Heritage before his second round due to testing positive for COVID-19. 

There is no news at this point if it will affect future tournaments. The PGA TOUR will be supporting him through the process of recovery and quarantine. 

As of right now the PGA TOUR is scheduled to be in Connecticut next week for the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands.

I grew up in southern New Hampshire, where I first fell in love with the game of golf. I started by just going out and messing around with my buddies and focusing purely on having a good time! I never took golf seriously until I moved down to Tampa, FL to attend the University of South Florida. Go Bulls!
