Despite all the celebrations being streamed from Team Europe’s party bus – Brooks Koepka has managed to steal some attention at close of play on Ryder Cup Sunday.

The Smash GC player won his singles game against Ludvig Aberg, pretty comfortably too, closing out on the match on the 16th green. He was also on the receiving end of the biggest beat down in Ryder Cup foursomes history in a 9&7 loss to Hovland & Aberg the previous day.

But after the Ryder Cup had been settled Koepka posted this picture with the caption “I make money moves”.

In it; Max Homa, Rickie Fowler and Xander Schauffele are repping the Team Smash attire. Needless to say, this late-night photo is sure to stir up the excitement in the morning!

Overall there wasn’t much talk of LIV golf this weekend, which was a welcome break. Koepka played as well as anyone overall, and Europe clearly didn’t miss the presence of Graeme McDowell, Ian Poulter, Sergio Garcia or Lee Westwood – all Ryder Cup legends who crept off to LIV at its initiation earlier in 2022.

Whether their player roster is about to improve significantly is another question!
