Bryson DeChambeau & Bridgestone Golf Cut Ties Over Move to LIV Tour
One by one, LIV golfers are losing their sponsorships since joining this new tour. Bryson DeChambeau just recently cut ties with Bridgestone Golf.
They have been Dechambeau’s golf ball sponsor for roughly six years, with other prominent notables such as Tiger Woods and close friend Fred Couples.

In a statement, Bridgestone said:
“In considering that Bryson DeChambeau will no longer be participating in these events, Bridgestone and Bryson have agreed to end their brand ambassador partnership.”

Tiger Woods will remain the prominent figure of Bridgestone Golf, going forward as he was. It will be interesting what ball Bryson will put in play this week, considering he has been using Bridgestone golf balls since 2016.
However, the 2015 U.S. Amateur used the TaylorMade Tour Preferred X that year he raised the hardware. It very well could be that he will be using the Taylormade TP5x during the Open Championship since that is the newest tour ball.
