We know fitnesses has become a big part of golf. Gary Player tried telling us this long before I could even pick up a golf club. Up until Tiger came on the scene with his athletic build and superior swing speed the traditional golfer looked more like a neighborhood dad instead of a professional athlete.

Over the last year we have heard that Bryson had been working hard to put on muscle so he could pound the ball further. You don’t have to be a scientist to figure out that the further the ball goes from the tee the shorter the ball has left to the green on your second shot. This means wedges when others are hitting irons.

Last week we saw just how hard Bryson was working. He’s freaking massive. He went from looking like the leader of a study group to the lead security guy at a night club.

His longest drive during week 1 of the PGA TOUR was 367 yards! What’s more impressive is he’s finding fairways.

If I try to muscle up on a ball I can hit it 300 but it’s also 100 yards OB. This freaking guy is pounding protein shakes and drives like a pro long drive contestant.

What Bryson is doing is impressive. He’s swoll AF and still flexible. Once he dials his 2nd shots closer to the pin, he may be very hard to beat.

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
