Callaway Launches Elyte Lineup: Here’s What You Need to Know

Callaway is the first major golf equipment manufacturer to unveil its 2025 family of clubs, which will be called “Elyte.” After a highly successful campaign with the Paradym Ai Smoke of 2024, the Elyte aims to build on an already groundbreaking platform that helped players hit the ball higher, longer, and straighter than ever before.

The Elyte family will go from top to bottom, as Callaway will offer drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, and irons.

Here are all the details for the entire lineup, which will be available throughout the month of January:

Drivers

The Paradym Ai Smoke was one of the best drivers that Callaway, or any manufacturer, had ever released. It completely changed my game off the tee, and the new technology will likely continue to build upon that.

The Elyte family will offer four total models: standard, X, Triple Diamond, and Max Fast. They are all refined in terms of shape, which will increase speed and spin, two things that are necessary for maximum distance off the tee.

There is also a major focus on forgiveness, something players need regardless of any playing level.

RELEASE: Pre-sale on 1/17, available 1/24

PRICING:

  • $599.99, Triple Diamond $649.99

Fairway Woods

The major change between the Elyte and the Paradym Ai Smoke is turf interaction, as the new model has a 57 percent improvement in this category alone. It also has a new Ai 10x face to deliver more distance and forgiveness than the previous Paradym Ai Smoke model.

RELEASE: Pre-sale on 1/17, available 1/24

PRICING: $349.99, Ti $449.99

Hybrids

Available in the Standard, X, and Max Fast models, the Elyte hybrids will provide up to 13 yards of shot shaping as it will be the most adjustable hybrid the company has ever offered.

There are also interchangeable toe weights and a new Ai 10x face. These will help with forgiveness.

RELEASE: Pre-sale on 1/17, available 2/7

PRICING: $299.99

Irons

Also available in the same trim levels as the Hybrids, the irons are aimed toward any player and help create “exceptional ball speeds, forgiveness, and sound.”

RELEASE: Pre-sale on 1/17, available 2/7

PRICING: $900 for six-piece set

First Impressions

With the changes, it seems the Elyte will build upon an awesome Paradym Ai Smoke lineup. However, there is one thing I truly am critical of: the look.

Callaway went from perhaps the best-looking clubs with the Ai Smoke to the worst. The Elyte might pack a new Ai 10x face, better shape, and new mass refinements, but the look is something I hope is better in person than in these images.

With that being said, it’s not about how it looks! It’s about how it plays! It’s nice to have something that looks great and performs great.
