Callaway Launches New Paradym Ai Smoke ‘Tactical’ Drivers

Callaway’s 2024 Driver release brought consumers the Paradym Ai Smoke, and it’s been one of the most reputable models this year for amateurs and pros alike. After releasing its first few versions early this year, Callaway followed up with several new variations just last month, but now it is bringing a new “Tactical” theme to the driver with this June release.

Callaway seems to be going in a very different direction with its limited-edition AI Smoke Tactical Drivers. Coupled with a $100 premium, the AI Smoke MAX and AI Smoke Triple Diamond will each be available in a limited-edition Tactical Finish that features completely redesigned green forged carbon and weights.

The MAX and Triple Diamond have two very distinct looks and sizes, as the MAX is a 460cc head and the Triple Diamond is a 450cc. The MAX comes standard with an MCA Tensei Custom Cosmetic shaft, available in 50g for regular flex and 60g for stiff.

Meanwhile, the Triple Diamond will come with an MCA Tensei Custom Cosmetic, available in 60g for its stiff and extra-stiff offerings. Both driver heads will come in 9 and 10.5-degree lofts.

As the name and new color scheme allude to, Callaway is seeking to honor those who’ve served our country, as Callaway claims that a portion of the proceeds from these limited edition drivers will be dedicated to several locally-based veterans’ organizations—Honor Flight Columbus, 3rd and Goal Foundation, Nick Rozanski Memorial Foundation, The Overwatch Partnership, VETMotorsports, and National Veterans Leadership Foundation.

This is an interesting move by Callaway, given that PXG and, to a lesser extent, Cobra have regularly included military-inspired models in their brand offerings.

The Callaway Limited Edition AI Smoke Tactical Drivers are available for pre-sale now and will be available at retail locations on June 14.
