Charlie Woods is coming into form by winning on the Hurricane Junior Golf tour in which this tournament was deemed the “Major Championship at Village Golf Course.”

A solid win for the 14-year-old to build upon his confidence by finishing one-under par for the tournament. Woods cashed in for nine birdies during his two rounds, with four of them coming in the final round on his back 9.

One can imagine what this will do to Charlie, knowing the potential upside of his game. He was the only player in the field to finish under par. In 2nd place, Noah Manly finished at 7-over, and Luke Friend was in 3rd, one shot behind.

This course was played 6,665 yards at Village Golf Course in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. It’s a huge win for Charlie and may feel reminiscent to him of what his father was able to do, winning by large margins.

Tiger must be extremely pleased with what his son has accomplished so far in his young golf career.

No matter what condition Tiger is in, it seems that he always shows up for his son to support him in his golf tournaments.
