Everyone loves Masters week. Good golf, good food and just as important, major brands tend to release a lot of special gear to commemorate the event.

This year, Cobra decided to take their Masters lineup to another level; instead of just coming out with something to commemorate the Masters, they decided to do something special in regards to each of the four Majors.

Dubbed the ‘Majors Collection’ Cobra unveiled four limited edition Radspeed/Radspeed XB drivers, which as mentioned above, pay homage to each of the 2021 Major Championships.

Each Radspeed driver was given a distinct nickname, and colorway. All colors are available in either the standard Radspeed or Radspeed XB head (Cobra’s more forgiving option), and as of right now are only offered in right hand dexterity, (nothing has been released regarding if left handed variants will ever become available).

The first of the special designs is titled the “Season Opener.” According to Cobra, the Season Opener Drive is “a tribute to the first and one of the most historic Major Championships of the year. It features a bold green colorway that calls to mind specific visuals including lush fairways, pure greens, and the iconic jacket to name a few.”

Next in the lineup is the “Island” driver, which Cobra says “commemorates the season’s second Major Championship hosted at the Kiawah Island Ocean Course. The design features a blue and white colorway that takes inspiration from traditional seersucker and the blue ocean and pristine white sands of the Charleston coast.”

The third Limited Edition Radspeed driver is dubbed the “Pars and Stripes” driver, which is very similar to a colorway we saw on last year’s SpeedZone Xtreme driver. Cobra says that “The Limited Edition RADSPEED XB Pars & Stripes Driver boasts a patriotic red, white and blue color scheme and is the perfect driver to commemorate the 121st US Open Major Championship, where Bryson DeChambeau will prepare to defend his championship title.”

The last colorway in the lineup is the “Season Closer.” This driver is inspired, of course by the last Major Championship of the year, which according to Cobra “features a rich orange color theme that is inspired by the spectacular orange sunsets over Sandwich bay at the Royal St. George’s Golf Club, the home of the season’s final Major Championship.”

All colors are available now at cobragolf.com
