Five Golfers Fined for Breaking Quarantine and Trespassing to Play Golf
According to the Liverpool News, 5 die-hard golfers broke quarantine rules to play golf and it cost them pretty big.
Now first, let me say that I understand what you may be going through. In many areas of the world, people are still under strict lockdown rules which means you cannot do, well, ANYTHING.
Last weekend, a group of five people were caught caught playing on Bowring Park Golf Course despite the course being closed over these lockdown laws. Well, they broke in and thought the round was free and under the radar, when in fact, it was not free.
The five players were fined £200 which is essentially $277 USD. So now they paid near Sawgrass prices in fines for a local muni. Some people just need their golf fix!

I do not condone breaking quarantine rules, but a small part of me understands the struggle. Cheers to soon our friends from across the pond can begin swinging their sticks again!
