Golf Course Brawl Ensues Involving Former MMA Fighters

You never know what may happen on a golf course, from a hole-in-one to the even rarer fistfight that could ensue out on the links. However, the once-in-a-blue-moon moment came to fruition as a fist-to-cuff beating between some Former MMA Fighters and some Dads at a course in Tulsa, Oklahoma. TJ Eckert, the Sports Director for local Tulsa ABC 8, had this very video sent to him.

According to Eckert, here was the context of the story he laid out in the comments on Twitter which he shared the two sides of the story. 

CONTEXT! Both sides (1/2):

“Golfers (pink shirt, bald guy etc.) say kids were running around on the course. They told the kids to get back on the other side of the fence so they didn’t get hit by a ball. Lady from the house yells at golfers and says dads will fight them. Golfers are former MMA fighters.”

House side (2/2)

“Golfers told house/kids to watch out. House made a joke back. The bald guy freaked out and yelled at/cussed out kids and wives. Men from the house ran out to confront golfers/stand up for women and children. Fight ensues. YOU DECIDE!”

The golfers (former MMA fighters) had a solid reason to stand on that they wanted the kids off the course so they wouldn’t get hit by a golf ball. Seems logical to want to keep the kids safe as they did, but only the dads did not have the same fortune. Stay safe out there, fellow golfers.
