Club Guru Ian Fraser Tests All of the 2024 Drivers
It’s finally February. While for many people that means the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day, for golf junkies it means that all the new driver offerings have finally been released to market and, in all likelihood, are available for testing at your local fitter and golf retailer.
So how do you know if you’re due for an upgrade?
Qi10 MAX VS G430 MAX 10K // Battle of 2024’s Most Forgiving Driver!
Today, Ian is in the bay battling out a head-to-head comparison to find which 10k driver is the longest and most forgiving for 2024. Will it be TaylorMade’s Qi10 MAX or PING’s G430 Max 10k?
You ask someone that could upgrade to anything at any moment. Ian Fraser, the founder and lead fitter of TXG, has spent the last five weeks testing every new club release from all the major manufacturers (and then some) to see what 2024 technology is bringing to the table. His feedback, along with that of fellow fitting expert Mikey Martysiewicz, can be found on the Club Champion Media YouTube page and new content is added almost daily.
As shown above, Ian has been lucky enough to get his hands on basically everything: the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke woods family, including the Max, Max D, and Triple Diamond drivers, and Paradym Ai Smoke fairway woods, TaylorMade Qi10 driver and fairway woods, Cobra’s Darkspeed driver, including the Darkspeed LS, Max, and X, PING’s G430 MAX 10K Driver and even the PXG 0311 Black Ops Tour-1 Driver Review.
But if you’re not looking to tinker with the top-end of your golf bag, Ian has also taken the time to test the new irons, wedges and shafts that have come to market.
MIZUNO PRO 24 SERIES IRONS // The best irons of 2024?!
Today, Ian and Mikey are in the bay testing on the new Mizuno Pro 24 series and are quickly shocked by the impressive results!
Ian’s testing has specifically included Mizuno’s PRO 24 Series irons, PING’sBlueprint S + T irons, Titleist’s Vokey SM10 wedges and the new Mitsubishi Diamana Whiteboard and Fujikura Ventus Blue shafts.
Ian’s wealth of experience and knowledge has enabled him to provide a comprehensive overview of each new piece of equipment and explain what makes it unique and different from its predecessors and the alternatives. And to help make sure he doesn’t miss anything, Ian often has special hosts, like Titleist’s Aaron Dill, Director of Vokey Player Relations, to help make sure the noteworthy changes are discussed in a way that everyone can understand.

Alongside the equipment reviews, Ian and Mikey also publish content that provides golf tips, like how to find your ideal driver tee height, and amateur golfer fittings.
And the best part: everything you see in Ian and Mikey’s videos are available at your looking Club Champion. With more than 125 locations internationally, including studios in Canada, the UK and Australia, golfers around the world have access to over 60 brands and more than 65,000 hittable head and shaft combinations.
