Talk about bragging rights for life.

Holden Bautista, 11, was playing at the TGR Jr. Invitational in Pebble Beach, California, Sunday morning and picked a good time to have his best golf shot.

At The Hay short course, Bautista logged a hole-in-one, drawing cheers from his playing partners and the gallery at large.

Among those in the crowd was Tiger Woods, who was hosting the three-day event on the course he designed a few years ago.

Tiger gave Holden a handshake and told him he was pride of the youngster.

Woods himself made headlines over the weekend, as he was seen taking shots on the course. It’s the first time we’ve seen Woods swing a club since foot surgery after this year’s Masters.

He’s likely far away from returning to competition, but as we have seen many times in recent years following his February 2021 auto accident, any news about Woods on the course is good news for many golf fans.

Year-round golf is a perk of living in Florida, where Chris moved from his native New York shortly after graduating from college. Chris has played some famous courses in the state, including Bay Hill in Orlando and Innisbrook in the Tampa Bay area, and next on his to-do list is the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass to take a crack at the famous island hole.
