It’s a philosophical conundrum as old as time itself. And the man who poses the question is not renowned philosopher Rene Descartes, but our beloved bucket hat-wearing Tour pro, Joel Dahmen.
It appears that the tweet is another sly dig at LIV Golf and its lack of viewing figures, only 17,000 tuned in to watch the opening round in Jeddah, despite Brooks Koepka tearing up with an opening 62. Koepka took home the individual win after a playoff, seemingly back to form after being plagued with injuries since 2020.
Controversy has also arisen after Adrian Otaegui’s win at Valderrama this weekend after Lee Westwood chose to address the lack of coverage offered to the Spaniard, who played in the first three LIV Golf events.
Is @adrianotaegui leading? And by 6! Wouldn’t know would you. Good luck today Adrain 👍🏻 https://t.co/EZl4LSZsO2

LIV’s lack of a TV deal opens them up to criticism as viewing figures are clearly visible on their YouTube live stream. Joel Dahmen has been critical of LIV in the past, and it appears his cryptic message will ruffle a few feathers once again.
