In June of 2014, Hunter Mahan decided to put his Dallas mansion up for sale.  The house would sit on the market for some time, unable to find a proper buyer.

Then Jordan Spieth happened.

This past December, the golf wunderkind snatched up the former Mahan residence for a reported $7 million, roughly $2.5 million less than the original asking price.

So what exactly is Jordan getting for his money? Let’s take a look!

First, this pool:

Not to mention an indoor basketball court, complete with functioning scoreboard:

A full-blown man cave, which naturally includes a golf simulator and ping-pong table:

As well as a state-of-the-art gym:

I know what you’re asking yourself:  “That’s all cool, but does it have a mural of Magnolia Lane so it feels like you’re driving into Augusta National as you enter a 12-car garage?”

Yes.  Yes it does.

You can get the full details of the house here, but here are a few more highlights of the 22-year-old’s new crib.

It has a glass wine cellar as part of the dining room.

It has a glass mural as a wall in one of the massive bathrooms.

The master closet has a sink and refrigerator, just because, I imagine.

It also has a “Grill Room.”  Which is exactly what it sounds like, a room designed specifically for grilling.  Naturally, the Grill Room is also equipped with a beer fridge.

Finally, it has a den/office previously dedicated to Hunter’s trophies.  Probably the one room in the house that will not need to be expanded.
