Justin Rose is the New Number One Golfer in the World
With the season winding down and the Ryder Cup on most of the players’ minds, Justin Rose had something else to play for today during Monday’s rescheduled finish of the BMW Championship.
With the runner-up finish, Rosey jumped over Justin Thomas and Brooks Koepka to claim the top spot in the world.
In case you missed the drama, Rose had a chance to win it outright with a longer putt than he hoped for after his approach shot fell short of the green by 10 yards.

Instead, Rosey met Keegan Bradley in a playoff where Keegan triumphed with a par on the 1st playoff hole. Keegan hasn’t won a PGA TOUR event in six years. Hats off to Keegan!
And congrats to Justin; a well deserved honor for an Olympic Gold Medalist and Ryder Cup veteran.
