LIV Golf Gives Content Creators New Road to Qualify for Membership
LIV Golf is giving content creators a new road to qualify for membership on their tour by inviting them to play events on two feeder tours.
The International Series and Asian Tour’s will allow content creators to play in both the Black Mountain Championship and the International Series Thailand, Golf Digest confirmed.
Several big names have already committed to play the events. Luke Kwon, who won the PGA TOUR’s Creator Classic at East Lake last month, will play in both events.

Another notable content creator in New Zealand, Tae-Wook Koh, or Taco Golf, is in the field at the Black Mountain Championship.
Additionally, Mac Boucher is lined up to play in the International Series Thailand at Thai Country Club in Bangkok.
It is another move to show that content creation is giving professional golf tours a way to bring in new viewership and draw interest.
Cho Minn Thant, Commissioner & CEO of the Asian Tour, said:
“This approach highlights our innovative approach at the Asian Tour in our rapidly evolving world where content consumption is often down to the individual. Offering these three talented golfers the chance to experience our elevated events is a way in which we can grow the game and grow our audience while gaining better brand awareness through different mediums including the influencer space.”
Head of the International Series Rahul Singh, said:
“The popularity of The International Series is no secret among professional players, with its guaranteed pathway to the LIV Golf League, elevated tournaments at world-class destinations and its quality fields, and it is exciting to be able to lift the curtain on the events for an important audience segment, through the participation of Luke Kwon, Taco Golf and Mac Boucher.”
It would be something to see any of these three make it into a LIV Golf event due to a strong finish at the events.
