Our Look Inside the Titleist Ball Plant

Last week Mike and I had the opportunity to travel up to New Bedford, MA to the Titleist Ball Plant 3 to see how the iconic Pro V1 and Pro V1x are made.

The experience was enlightening to say the least.  I’m in awe at the level of attention, care, and pride that the entire Titleist team puts into making their flagship golf balls.

I think what surprised me most was how detailed of a process it was turning raw materials into a finished golf ball.  Ever step along the way included detailed quality checks, including scanning every single golf ball with an x-ray machine as it goes off the line!
