Pat Perez and His Controversial Wife Ashely Are Getting Divorced

Pat Perez and his controversial wife Ashley, who he married in 2015, are officially getting divorced.

Perez and Ashely are two of the more polarizing figures in golf, and have not been afraid to speak their minds at any point.

Ashley has made many very interesting comments through her time in the limelight as Pat’s wife, who plays on LIV Golf’s 4Aces team with Captain Dustin Johnson.

She, at one time, said she’d like to see Rory McIlroy get punched in the face. She said on Instagram:

“I can’t possibly be the only one that would absolutely love to watch Rory get punched in the face. And I mean that in the nicest possible way… kinda.

In December 2022, she also took a jab at Tiger Woods after a car crash nearly cost him his leg. Ashley said on Instagram in a response to an article about Woods’ accident:

“Literally why driving under the influence is ILLEGAL. I don’t feel bad for him. Thank god he didn’t kill anyone. See ya.”

It appears the explosive couple is calling it quits, according to a report from BroBible, which saw filings from the Maricopa County Superior Court.

The filing was submitted in November, and the documents show they will legally split this year.
