Puma’s Collab with RealTree Has Rickie Fowler in a Full Camo Fit

Step to the side, Malbon: Rickie Fowler has arrived.

Fowler, during the first round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, sported Puma’s new collaboration with RealTree, a popular outdoors brand, which had plenty of people turning their heads because it is, quite literally, a full camo fit.

Yes. Pants, polo, hat. All camo:

The jokes truly write themselves. In a new world of golf where scripting seems to push the envelope every single week, especially with Jason Day and Malbon, it now appears we are going to have a competition on who can truly make the PGA TOUR crack when it comes to acceptable clothing. Fowler is wearing pants and a collar, so he’s all good. But just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Especially if you’re prone to hitting your balls into trees or other rubbish that lines the fairways.

Fowler, unfortunately, fell victim to the joke that all of your buddies would hit you with if you wore this at your local muni:

Puma alerted us that Rickie would be wearing this when they emailed us about their RealTree scripting last week. We just didn’t know it would be this drastic.

Chris MacNeill, PLM Apparel and Accessories, PUMA GOLF, said:

“We are thrilled to partner with the REALTREE brand. They have an incredible library of camouflages that are trending in different categories, and we can’t wait to bring REATLREE to golf. In many ways golfers are no different than other outdoorsmen – they value performance, style, comfort, and showing their love of the outdoors through their golf gear.”

Puma and RealTree wanted to cater a collection to the guy who loves golf but also loves other outdoor sports like hunting and fishing. If you’re into those, this collection is right up your alley.
