PXG 0211 DualCOR Irons: Gorgeous Sticks Your Wallet Can Get Behind

Since its inception, PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf), has been synonymous with the finer things in life. You’ve surely seen someone at your local course pull a full set right out of their Tesla and roll it down the red carpet on their motorized push cart. Well, you no longer have to be associated with the elite to afford the great technology, looks, and performance that PXG claims to offer.

As PXG continued to grow within the premium golf club market, they found new ways to capitalize on a much bigger one; the budget friendly golfers that just want some good sticks at an affordable price.

Enter, the 0211 line.

While some would refer to it as PXG’s “budget” lineup, the 0211 is priced as such, while still maintaining the sex appeal that only PXG can offer.

As a golfer who identifies with that cost-conscious portion of the market, PXG for so long seemed out of reach. That is, until the 0211 line came out… and then went on sale.

Yes, you heard that right. PXG’s affordable club line, as of late, has been offered at even higher discounts, making any of the lineup, drivers, fairways, hybrids, or irons, a steal of a deal.

As such, it was only natural that I dove in and bought myself a set.

Yesterday, I drove down to Scottsdale and PXG headquarters to pick up my brand new 0211 DualCOR Irons. A full set of 5-PW, with midsize grips and graphite Mitsubishi MMT shafts cost me…$540. Yep. $540. That price is insane, and not just by PXG’s standards. I mean, how many of you can buy any iron set for that price from any of the major OEM’s? Not to mention, the 0211 DualCOR Irons are new for 2021, this isn’t last years model.

While the 0211 claims game improvement status, I’d venture to say that they fit into the player’s distance category. The profile is small, compact, and the top line looks really thin at address. I love that PXG sticks with the classics, just sliver and some shiny chrome with black detailing.

Obviously, these clubs made a great first impression on me. I can’t say how excited I was to be able to get a piece of that PXG experience, for a fraction of mainstream PXG price. While these haven’t seen the course yet, a full and detailed review will be coming soon.

If these perform anywhere near what I expect them too, PXG has a big winner on their hands.

Sexy looks, sexy price. Get them while you can, and stay tuned for the upcoming review.
