Rory McIlroy’s New Palm Beach Penthouse

Apparently the $9.5 million dollar waterfront mansion didn’t provide enough space for all those trophies the current World No.1 Rory McIlroy has been collecting this season.

It was just announced this week that McIlroy has stepped into yet another real estate investment in Palm Beach, FL.

Rory’s amazing new 3,136 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath pad overlooking the ocean also comes with a hefty $2,071/month HOA fees.

We’re not enirely sure why Rory purchased another residence only 30 minutes from his Jupiter, FL home. Perhaps he’s running out of things to do with all that Nike, BOSE, and Omega  sponsorship cash.
