It’s now been a week since the tragic accident that claimed the lives of 8 people including NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gigi. No Kobe wasn’t known to be someone who played golf but for many of today’s stars, he was someone that grew up watching.

We have seen many players on the tour paying tribute to Kobe this week. Now, with it being a week since his passing the PGA Tour is paying their own tribute with the Sunday pin location.

It goes without saying that this tragedy has sent ripples through the sports world. Tony Finau, who finished solo-second in a playoff was a fan favorite. He’s been a well known Kobe fan prior to the accident and his passion for basketball had been no secret. This year’s tournament will be a little more memorable than normal to say the least.

Ed started playing golf when he was 18. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. Since then Ed has committed himself to improving and learning more about the game. He doesn’t work in the golf industry, he’s not a teaching pro, he’s a guy who just loves the game and enjoys sharing his thoughts with others who share the same passion.
