Tiger Woods’ Ex-Girlfriend Drops $30 Million Lawsuit: You Won’t Believe What the Money Was For
Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has officially dropped her $30 million lawsuit against the 15-time Major Champion in a surprise move that aimed to challenge not only her eviction from his house but also an NDA the couple had during their relationship.
However, what’s most surprising about the lawsuit is not Herman’s proposed omittance of the NDA that she and Woods had agreed to that she said may not have been completely authentic, according to Golf Channel.

Instead, it could be the $30 million that she claims she was owed, as it would help her pay for a beachfront property that was similar to Woods’ mansion on the water for six years.
Herman’s attorneys chose to file a motion to dismiss the case without prejudice on June 29 after a judge upheld the authenticity of the NDA and turned away the Plaintiff’s request for the case to be reheard.
The case was brought to national attention several times throughout the past year as Herman claimed Woods had unlawfully evicted her from his home after he had promised her a residence there for 11 years.
It has culminated in various claims from Herman, including a statement two months ago that indicated she did not remember signing the NDA, arguing that her signature was forged on the 2017 document.
Herman and Woods met as she was the General Manager of one of his restaurants. The couple began dating shortly after.
The relationship turned sour, and the suit surfaced after Herman claimed Woods told her they were going on vacation together. Woods locked the doors after she had exited the house, Herman stated, claiming he had violated their agreement that would see her live in the Jupiter, Florida home.
It appears the saga is coming to an end after Herman’s recent relinquishment of this lawsuit.
