Tiger Woods Put Up Bryson Club Speed Numbers 2 Decades Ago
A recent tweet from Luke Dineen absolutely blew my mind. It included a picture from Flightscope that displayed Tiger’s ball stats from an exhibition round in 2004.
With a club speed of 129 mph and a ball speed of 185 mph, these numbers compete with Bryson’s current day ball stats. Bryson is averaging a club speed of 133.5 mph and 192.8 mph.
Had no idea this existed until just now: Flightscope numbers from a Tiger drive during a 2004 exhibition round

We all know Tiger is the G.O.A.T, but damn this is astonishing.

He put up these numbers almost 20 years ago… In an exhibition.
Not to mention the equipment in 2004 was no where close to what it is today.

If Tiger was rocking Bryson’s clubs back in 2004, you would have to think his numbers would blow Bryson’s out of the water.
