Vessel Golf is widely recognized as one of the premier golf bag makers, as demonstrated by the fact that you can frequently spot their bags being carried by the caddies for the game’s best.

And their new Carbon Collection (2025) looks to celebrate 13 years of offering their premium, tour-quality offerings to consumers around the world. The only dilemma is that you may need a tour-level budget to afford them.

The Vessel Carbon Collection consists of three pieces—the Player V Pro Carbon Stand, the Lux Pro Carbon Cart and Lux Carbon Embossé Headcover—with both of the bags retailing for $1,999.00 and the driver headcover priced at $245.00.

While I attempt to wrap my head around the costs of each these items, it’s worth noting that each are constructed with real carbon fiber. And while those familiar with carbon fiber’s application in the automotive world, the unfortunate truth is that their utilization here doesn’t result in substantial weight savings—the Player V Pro Carbon Stand has no weight savings over its non-carbon brethren, while the Lux Pro Carbon Cart shaves off approximately 1/2 pound.

I want to be clear, this isn’t a knock against Vessel; I’ve used an older model of their Player-series Stand Bags in the past and vividly remember the premium construction. This time around, however, I think I’m just shocked at how much these cost.

As a result, I sadly think these will be like Circle T Scotty Cameron’s and that the only time you’ll spot one in the wild is at some uber-country club.
