WATCH: Kevin Na Throws a Temper Tantrum at LIV Golf Adelaide

Kevin Na left the PGA Tour and went to LIV Golf several seasons ago, but even the massive paycheck he took to join LIV shows that money doesn’t buy happiness.

Evidently, Na had a rough weekend at LIV Golf Adelaide in Australia. Even though he shot 8-under for the tournament, including a 7-under 65 during the second round, Na was not pleased with what happened on the Par 5 9th, where he took a double bogey.

Na hit his tee shot into a loose dirt area to the left of the fairway, which left him an awkward pitch out to the fairway, but it was not a direct route. There were trees in the way, all of them low-hanging, along with spectators, and Na saw no clean way out.

It took him three shots to get back to the fairway, and by the third one, he was completely done with the day, at least it seemed:

It was also his final hole of the day, and after getting four straight birdies on the card in the preceding holes, this double bogey was likely a tough hole to swallow.

Still, it was not as bad as the 16 he had at the Valero Texas Open a few years back. He also played nine holes at the 2023 Masters with one double bogey and four bogies before withdrawing due to “illness.”

Na would finish T34 and his Iron Heads GC would finish sixth as a team at a cumulative score of 41 under par.
