Wilson Golf Releases C300 Forged Irons in Gun Metal Black
Today, Wilson Golf announced the release of a new version of their classic C3oo forged irons, available now in Gun Metal Black.

The new look irons still contain all of the feel and technology as their traditional, chrome counterparts. They’re built with the same soft, forged carbon steel as well as the C300 Power Holes along the toe and sole. The steel and Power Holes work together to provide the mid-handicap with the feel and responsiveness we seek in an iron, while providing forgiveness, a few extra yards, and a little more accuracy to our game.

I was already a big fan of the early releases by Wilson Golf this year after spending some time at their booth at the PGA Demo Day in January. Both the D7 and C300 irons have amazing feel, action, and sound to them. In fact, I took their Distance Challenge and gained 18 yards with the D7 iron compared to my current gamers.

This new gun metal black version of the C300s just gives me another excuse to give them another go. Maybe this time they find a permanent place in the bag.
