Zac Blair Hits Himself in Head With Putter, Gets DQ’d

T.J. Auclair over at PGA.com has reported that Zac Blair has been disqualified after using a non-conforming club.

It was his putter.

Which became bent after hitting himself in the head with it.

Here is how Zach explained it via Twitter:

He was likely going to miss the cut since he was seven-over at the time of the disqualification, but still a tough way to go out.

When it was all said and done, Zach was seemingly able to laugh it off a bit. Sub-tweeting the PGA TOUR Media’s Twitter announcement of his DQ with Woody Austin’s all-timer of a club bend.
