Let me start by saying, this place blew our expectations and it was much better than we even thought.

Honey Pond Farm is 575 acre (no that is not a typo) property that comes equipped with it’s own 18-hole routed golf course, 8 golf cart with your own cart barn, a floating island green, a halfway house and a house that will blow you mind.

After seeing this listing go viral on Instagram to likes of accounts like GolfDigest and Zire Golf, we had to explore it for ourselves only being a short 3.5 hour drive.

The Golf Course

Let me squash anyone’s “looks like a pitch n’ putt” theories right now.  This is a legit 18 hole routing, although it only has 3 greens.  I’ll explain:  After each hole you move on from the South Green, to the North Green, to the West Green, all while changing pins and tee boxes for 18 completely different looks and shot shapes even.

With your own electric powered golf carts and charged up Sky Caddie devices with the course complete mapped for you, there was no better feeling knowing we had 36 hours of just all the golf we can play before the sun sets.

The fairways and greens were in great shape for late October and yes, they even employ a year-round grounds super-intendant to make sure the place is always impeccable.

The House

If the full gym and game room doesn’t excite you, the huge fire pit that goes in with the touch of a button lights up the entire patio while buddies enjoy some great music and some golf shot to the floating island green.  Honey Pond will even offer you a food service concierge program so you never have to miss anything on property to have to figure out what to eat.

I won’t give away too much.  Watch this video for the full tour of EVERYTHING this luxury AirBNB offers.
