The Best Last-Minute Christmas Gifts for Your Golfer
With only a handful of days until Christmas, there is still time to pick up a few last minute gifts for the golfer in your life. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to test and use a lot of different clothing, accessories, and products in the golf space, and here are a handful of my favorites that would surely be appreciated by the golfer in your life.
Apparel
Nike Dri-FIT UV Men’s Golf Pants – $90
I have three pairs of these courtesy of Nike, and they are likely right up there with the best golf pants I’ve had. In the past, I’ve tried to find a snug, but not skin-tight, golf pant that is fashionable and comfortable.
Target discontinued their golf pants this past year, which were priced extremely competitively at just $40 a pair and were good quality and had an ideal fit.

However, Nike’s Dri-FIT UV Men’s Golf Pants are available in both a Standard and Slim fit, and they are priced at $90 on Nike.com.
Free Fly’s Tradewind Pant and Bamboo Flex Quarter-Zip – $108 and $84
Talk about a comfortable pair of pants. Much more free-flowing and soft than the Nike pants, these Free Fly Tradewind pants were thin but warm, and fit well for those who like a slimmer fit.

The Bamboo Flex Quarter-Zip is also lightweight but warm, and extremely suitable for the golf course or a dinner with friends. These are two of my favorite things that I’ve had the chance to wear this year, especially considering their versatility.

Anything from the FootJoy ThermoSeries
I did a more detailed review of the FootJoy ThermoSeries earlier this year, and this is a great lineup of clothing that will keep you warm and cozy through the winter and fall rounds.
Ideally, you want something that will keep you warm and not restrict your range of motion. The ThermoSeries is a highly recommended lineup of apparel in my opinion.

Accessories
PUMA PopTop Speaker - $29.99
This is a great little speaker that has awesome sound quality and can be paired with a second speaker for more immersive sound. It comes with a ball marker and a strap that you can hang right around the steering wheel if your golf cart, or the handle of your push cart.
It also has a bottle opener, so it's super ideal for those warm afternoons on the course.
It comes in a variety of styles, but I have the Arnold Palmer Limited Edition version. I always rep Arnie out on the course, especially with this and my divot tool.
Omada Golf Atlas Rangefinder - $249
Slope, a rechargeable battery, 900-yard range, water resistance, pulse vibrations, should I keep going?
This is just like a lot of great rangefinders on the market, but Omada's Atlas Rangefinder is easily my favorite out there.
Stocking Stuffers for Golfers
Old Trapper Beef Jerky - $80 for eight bags
On course snacks are a great idea for your golfer, and things like energy, nutrition, and protein bars can be good options. However, I am more of a jerky man on the course.
Old Trapper has quite a few different flavors, but a nice variety pack with eight bags would be perfect for your golfer to throw in the bag before a round for a nice snack out on the golf course.

Vitapod Starter Bundle - $80
Now, I'm someone who is a big believer in hydration out on the course. For years, I didn't emphasize my hydration enough out on the course and it cost me. By the 13th hole, I was lethargic, fatigued, and my game suffered.
What a lot of people don't realize is that they could solve this with a few things: water, electrolytes, and a snack.
Before my most recent rounds and then again at the turn, I've usedVitapod's Hydration Pods, which includes their stainless steel bottle that pops the pod in your water. It has helped me stay hydrated and energized throughout my rounds.
